ALFARROBA SURF SCHOOL The Alfarroba Surf School is a school of surf that it exists since 2003, that is certified by the Portuguese Federation of Surf, and that is distinguished for the raised standards of quality. Its main more-values are the act of contract of credential professors, safe from the casualties for the pupils, the material of excellent quality and adapted to the characteristics of the pupils and the time and over all the commitment with the security, giving much attention to the pupils (children or adults) in order to provide to them more good experience and possible learning to it. What it is the JuJutsu (Ju Jitsu)? The JuJutsu is highly efficient martial art used by the samurais in old Japan. Currently it keeps its spirit and its traditional efficiency, even so adapted to the existing situations currently. It is a sufficiently complete system where it uses essentially the adaptation and flexibility (Ju), allowing a weak and small person to defeat one or more aggressive stronger graters and, using a vast fan of techniques with beatings, projections, keys and strangulations. It also allows, defences against attacks with weapons, techniques with baton (tanbo), knife (tanto), tonfa, kubotan (kashi-knot-bo), average baton (hanbo), other weapons and techniques of fight in the soil, where many times finish the confrontations. |
