The digital inclusion is access to all information technology, to allow their inclusion in the information society.

Digital inclusion is also simplifying the daily routines, maximizing the time and it’s potential. A person included digitally is not one who only uses this new language, which is the digital world, to exchange e-mails, but one that enjoys this support to improve their living conditions.

For the digital inclusion happen, are needed three basic tools like computer, network access and mastery of these tools, because it is not enough for child and young people just to have computer connected to the internet, they need to know what to do with these tools and the role of the computer technician is essential.

The inclusive strategy of this project is to facilitate the access of disadvantaged children and young people and people with disabilities to information and communication technologies (ICTs).
