The ANDDEMOT was founded on 13 February 1995 with the aim to promote, develop and support the development of sport activities in the area of paralysis; Our Association focuses on the generalization part of recreation as a form of welfare, health, recreation and socialization;
Prefers still, the route quality, performance sport, for access to the High Competition;

It is an independent membership organization, and it has a legal personality. Develops actions nationwide, is along the FPDD, interests, practice, management and development of sport in the area of Motor Disabilities: Expressionism and Chair Wheels.
