Again in the Sporting Complex of the Alta de Lisboa it was become fullfilled the II Gala of soccer of the Aragão Pinto Foundation, this year with an additional reason of joy that was the commemoration of its first anniversary. More than 150 children and young children had coexisted and played the matches of Under 12 and Under 15, where the joy and the party had one more time been the main reason.

For the first time, the Aragão Pinto Foundation participated in the Danone Cup 2010. On May 8 was raining a lot, but with a great willingness to participate and with a lot of fun. The team was formed by children from the Ardina Foundation, SCM (Social Centre of Musgueira) and CAF.
   
At 9.30 started the group stage. A defeat by 1-0 to Beira Mar from Almada and 3-0 with Sporting from Alta de Lisboa and a victory by 3-0 to Larus (two goals from Bruno and Igor), took 3rd place (5 teams in the group) and the triangular following clearanceIt was the delight of the guys who even sang for Sport TV 3 the rap of Foundation. 

In the triangular sort of games was without us and we didn’t passed to the final and the 3rd and 4th place.

A fantastic contribution and a further stage of formation surpassed.

After the XX Century with the great social changes in Europe, where the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the Communism were the highlights, the reflections of a Europe with poverty and a lot of social problems has become more evident, without smoke curtains to wrap them.

The XXI Century has to be the time to strike once the root of these problems and to strengthen global policies that brings an equal opportunity and dignity to all.

We must unite consciousness, bringing together the efforts to call for participation. Here in Portugal we are ready for this arduous task with the Aragão Pinto Foundation as the national Coordinator.

Our children are stars!

Since 1 of December of 2009 we began a new Project of our Program Sports for all / Solidary Chair: Evolution Trough Sport, with the support of the Program Youth in action. This project consists of the social integration of these young through practice regular and with quality, of sport. The sport, with its rules and work of team, is a privileged form to involve young people in the social rules of the life in community.

Our children are stars!

In this weekend only moments for the life of these children had been created. With the support of the IDP that yielded the installations of the Sportive Jamor Complex, Base Audiovisual Communication Company that produced the announce and Agne Casting Agency that followed all making photographically and carried through the photographic session of the guests, between members of the Foundation, partners (where we detach, for the active persistence I announce in it, the Roller Hockey and Roller Skins of the SCP, the Association of Rugby South Association and the Alfarroba Surf School), guests and children, had been more than the 100 intervening ones in this announce!

The Game Sporting CP - Olhanense was the new chance to join 120 children of the Aragão Pinto Foundation in the Alvalade Stadium. It was plus an explosion of joy in a game of strong emotions. All had left happy and already are thinking about the next time that they can come back.

In the continuation of the partnership with the Solidary Sporting, the Aragão Pinto Foundation took 100 children and 20 monitors to see a part of the trainings of the lions and later visiting the installations of the Sporting Academy in Alcochete. Plus, a chance to these small ones to coexist and have contact with new and different things. They had been many children with needs, and deficient children who had come of Lisbon, Loures and Coimbrahaving given a special brightness to the Academy. Following the visit, there was a lunch to strength the affinity between all.

September, the 6th, 2009

As a result in an invitation of some partner of the Aragão Pinto Foundation, the President Bruno de Carvalho, some collaborators, some children’s, could go to the Circuit of Estoril, to watch the 4th Round of the Super League Formula.

Two days very well spent seeing the famous of the world sport at 300Km/hour.

Next year the Aragão Pinto Foundation will be present with more children, for they can see this exciting and different spectacle.

August, the 1st and 2nd,2009:

The Aragão Pinto Foundation was visiting the Vacations Colony of the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalic Portugal Association to know its reality better.

It was with the maximum affection that we were received and that we gave ourselves to those children who already are part of our daily.

To live two days of experience with these children is learning lessons of force of living and force of will.
Each one of us grow and learned very much with them.

Jun, the 27th 2009

Today, Jun the 27, 2009, was become fulfilled, under a sun favorable, the 1º Tournament of soccer of the Aragão Pinto Foundation, called Sá Pinto Goblet.

The Foundation had a supplemental support on the part of the Torcida Verde, that made question to come to support the children and that in the end of the match, still had been for Alcochete, to support the Sporting, in Juniors.

The Foundation had as invited teams the Sporting Club of Portugal (School Sporting Academy Alta de Lisboa), Sport Lisbon and Benfica (Generation Benfica Odivelas/Caneças), Alta de Lisboa and the Recreativo Águias da Musgueira.

The children of Aragão Pinto Foundation visit the Stadium Jose Alvalade, Sporting World Museum and see the soccer game Sporting CP - National

The Aragão Pinto Foundation, with the support of the Solidary Sporting, went to see the last soccer game of the National Championship of soccer with 60 children and monitors. In the morning they all started by visiting the Jose Alvalade Stadium. The backstage of the game, the field, the museum, the changing rooms, all was available to see for these children.

During the afternoon at 18h they visit Sporting support fans Torcida Verde. And then, at 19h attended the game Sporting CP - National

It was one party day that children had adored.

Event of presentation of Aragao Pinto Foundation at 18h30 in Hall VIP and Conference room in the Stadium Jose de Alvalade.

After a cocktail gently served by House XXI in Hall VIP of the Stadium Jose Alvalade, the Conference Room was full of hundreds of people, from members and family of the Foundation, the institutions supported by the Foundation, Sporting CP board, national institutions, partners of the Foundation, entrepreneurs, admirers and friends of Jose Aragão Pinto, the great and notable sporting man that gives the name to this Foundation.
